With the exciting theme “Colour the Course”, the event aims to bring together the Hartbeespoort and greater community for a vibrant day of golf, entertainment, fundraising and support for children and adults with special needs.
The KuierKidz Golf Day remains the organisation’s main annual fundraiser, helping the centre continue its important work in supporting and developing neurodivergent learners in a safe, caring and specialised environment. The enthusiasm surrounding the event has already been overwhelming, with all 4-Ball entries officially sold out before the big day.
Professional golfer Shawnelle de Lange will also be joining the event at Tee 11 for the exciting “Beat the Pro Challenge”, where golfers will have the opportunity to test their skills against a real professional golfer.
Guests attending the prize giving can also look forward to live entertainment by Skemer Band, who will help conclude the day on a high note. The annual auction promises to feature a selection of one-of-a-kind items and exclusive lots, adding even more excitement to this year’s fundraiser.
Businesses and community members still have the opportunity to become involved through Tee Sponsorships, which offer companies valuable brand exposure and the opportunity to interact directly with golfers on the course in a relaxed and engaging setting.
Harties FM will be broadcasting live from Seasons Golf Course, helping create a festive atmosphere and sharing the excitement with listeners throughout the region.
One of the most special parts of the event remains the involvement of the KuierKidz learners themselves, who will once again attend as honoured guests and form part of the celebrations throughout the day.
KuierKidz Learning Centre continues to dream big, with the ultimate goal of one day securing a permanent forever home for the centre and its learners. Any businesses or individuals wishing to contribute prizes, sponsorships or donations are encouraged to get involved. “Every contribution, no matter how big or small, helps us continue creating opportunities, support and hope for our learners,” the organisers said.
