Three armed suspects forced their way into the house in Mountain Haven Estate at around 02:00 after poisoning two of the homeowner’s dogs.
According to police spokesperson Constable Ben Moabi, the suspects threatened three Chinese nationals in the house at gunpoint and robbed them of cash and other valuables before fleeing the scene.
“The suspects are still at large and anyone with information is requested to contact Detective Tumelo Ngobeni Mokgothu at 060 9875 535.”
